Lending HQ financed a portion of the purchase and renovation funds. On this specific transaction, the appraisal was not necessary because the borrower pledged additional real estate as collateral.
I work with borrowers, who do not meet traditional bank loan guidelines, in order to secure funds for residential and commercial investment real estate transactions via private lenders. I have now closed over 161 transactions and counting.
